As she approached us with her disrespectful attitude and treated us like we just broke out of prison 'over bring in a lawn chairs that was more then 9 inches off the ground' and using vulgar language repeatedly we finally just ask her what do you want us to do? She unprofessional said, well you can take them to your car or put them by that tree over there and hope there still here when you get back.
Which i didnt understand why someone else was harassing us because we already pass thought security check point. As soon as we walked in they were so disrespectful over lawn chairs, which we would have made it in just fine if we could upload our tickets from our phone. I was shocked by how unprofessional the employees treated customers and how unorganized the employees were. one of the best concerts I have ever attended but unfortunately will be the last concert I will ever see at hollywood casino amphitheatre. Just wanted to say that Luke Bryans performance was incredible.
